Instructions:

1. Cut the base from construction paper wide enough to fit your finger
2. Draw the cat on construction paper to cut it out
3. Use markers to draw eyes, nose and mouth
4. Cut the ears from the construction paper 
5. Glue everything on the base
6. Use pipe cleaner for the tail
